On
the morning of September 15th, "West Lake in the middle of June, welcome
the 19th CPC National Congress" - Hangzhou City Fine Arts Exhibition
opened in Hangzhou art museum. The exhibition was hosted by the Publicity
Department of Hangzhou municipal Party committee and Hangzhou Literary
Federation, Hangzhou Artists Association, Hangzhou Painting Academy. This
exhibition is a feast of art, and it is also a great gift to the 19th CPC
National Congress by the artists of Hangzhou with their sincere thoughts and
exquisite works.

Since
the 18th CPC National Congress, Hangzhou has made great progress in economic
and social development, it has become a famous city of history and culture, also
the city of innovation and vitality, the capital of ecological civilization and
the city of oriental quality. At present, the whole city is studying and
implementing the fourteenth Party Congress and the spirit of the twelfth Party
Congress, speeding up the city's internationalization, building unique charm
and wonderful world famous city, to welcome the 19th CPC National Congress of
the Party to be held victoriously with excellent achievements.
Wang
Xiaomei, vice chairman of CPPCC Hangzhou, announced the opening of the
exhibition.
Since
the five years of the 18th CPC National Congress of the Party, has also been
the five year of Hangzhou's literary and art circles holding high the banner
and promoting it. The broad masses of writers and artists studied and carried
out the important spirit of speech of general secretary Xi Jinping on the work
of literature and art, adhered to the firm and correct political direction and
the work orientation of the people as the center, made the creation of
excellent works as 
the central link, literary and
artistic creation, brand literary and artistic activities, literary and
artistic service to benefit people, the construction of literary and artistic
Hangzhou army and so on, fruitful results have been achieved. The vast number
of art workers and other writers and artists worked hard and concentrated on
their creation, making an important contribution to the prosperity of
Hangzhou's literature and art.
Vice
chairman of the Zhejiang Literary Federation, Party Secretary and Chairman of
the Hangzhou Literary Federation,Ying Xuelin delivered a speech.
Since
the start of the creative exhibition in April, it has received the enthusiastic
response and active participation of many artists. The organizing committee has
received 360 pieces of art works such as the traditional Chinese painting, oil
painting, watercolor painting, print and so on. After careful selection by
experts, there are 160 works in the album of paintings, because of the
limitation of the site, only 108 of them can be displayed today.
These
works, which are unique in conception, varied in form, rich in content and
ingenious, are the vivid embodiment of Hangzhou artists to practice the spirit
of the important speech of the general secretary of Xi Jinping on work of literary
and art, as well as the level and strength of the Hangzhou artists. The
successful organization of this exhibition, further create a good atmosphere to
meet the 19th CPC National Congress, the artistic display of the unique charm
of Hangzhou city and unique wonderful, further stimulate the enthusiasm of the
writers and artists, make a greater contribution to Hangzhou literature and art
continue to the forefront.

Professor Jin Yide; Professor of Zhejiang University, Du Gaojie; deputy
director and Secretary General of Zhejiang Kai Ming Academy of painting, Shen
Shu; Dean of Zhejiang contemporary oil painting academy, Zhou Ruiwen; Professor
of the fine arts academy of Hangzhou Normal University, Lu Qi; Academy of Fine
Arts, Hangzhou Normal University, Kong Yun; and vice president of the art
Academy of Zhejiang finance and economics university, professor Zhang Jidong
and other leaders and artists attended the opening ceremony.

June of 2017, the Qiandao Lake in the twilight was selected into the
"Zhejiang water in a thousand years, the most beautiful Hangzhou" -
the oil painting exhibition of the beautiful water Qiandao Lake, which jointly
hosted by Hangzhou Artists Association and Hangzhou Federation of literary and
artistic circles.
In
June of 2017, she was invited by the Consulate General of India in Shanghai to
participate in the second session of the fine arts exhibition of
"approaching India which held in Hangzhou.
